How hard it is to be Love. Forgiving ourselves, forgiving others, forgiving ourselves for not forgiving others, forgiving others for not forgiving us... Love should not be such a painful struggle for us. We yearn for Love so badly, yet direct so much of our efforts on shoving it away.

Inside she stood, 'neath willows cry, Feet bathed in stream, kissing pebbles smooth, Robins round her station sound, As hart with gentle, longing nudge, Squirrel & hare bound and scamper by, Maiden fair, beaming ageless time, Nature's band, hers to command!

Down we go, As up she flows, Together grand, Distinct roles sparkling, Nectar of Bean, Elixir of Mind, Biting tender on roof & tongue, Alive with tingling note, Bursting forth in velvet shine.

Far in the wind so harsh, 'Neath highest depth of sea, Eldest 'fore first tree, Young aside newborn babe, Weaker than frailest flow'r, What shall we even call Her, Who prior to words spoke prouder? In silence whispers under, Our clatter, din, and thunder? We hunt and peck for scraps,

Grab a memory, twist its arm! Spring into a moment tender! Hold it fast, taste the marvel! Lose yourself in waves temporal, First the rain, see the thunder, Scent the lightning, know flood water, Wash your Soul with woes of yore, Break Heart's dam, tears of longing, Drifting current stirred-up
